Mr Wilkinson collects data regarding your foot surgery, which in turn helps to inform you as the patient and others how successful foot surgery is. Data is collected using PASCOM-10, which is owned by the College of Podiatrists. Data is stored securely with no personal details other than date of birth and hospital number being used to identify you. As part of your treatment you will be asked for consent to store your surgical information in PASCOM. You have the right to with hold consent.
